A very simple but addicting tower defense game. Ya, the graphics are cartoony and ya, the soundtrack is a bit lame and may get annoying but the fun level out weighes all of that and any other negative i can think of. The 20 levels will keep you busy for quite some time and you'll want to go back and play more to beat your old scores. In my opinion its worth the $8-10 bucks unlike most other PSN games. Pixel Junk Monsters will last you longer than most retail games that come out these days (heavenly sword for example) and at 1/6th the cost. There are rumors of an expansion pack coming out as well, so even if you manage to finish the game, there's could be more on the way. If you were into the old tower defense or strategy games then you'll enjoy this one. If you've never tried this type of game before, its very easy to learn and is worth download.
