Simply put: A game about Pikachu watching TV, spending your money and rarely doing anything else. He sits there doing nothing, and if you ask to play, 75% of the time he will refuse and keep on watching TV. He spends your money on various items on the TV, most of which is expensive. The money is useful for no other reason, and is earned by playing monotoneaus minigames, which all are excruciantly boring. After all that, Pikachu spends it, and he does'nt even ask you!! You don't know until you recieve it in the mail!!! Simply terrible, don't even try it.
