Here cames one of the most waited games for the gamecube...does it have all the fans were waiting for? Not really...it has no new pokemons...just some that can't be captured in Ruby/Saphire, but now can be catched in Emerald....well it has a story mode, that's new for a pokemon game in 3D......but the story is just stupid.....and it wont take you more than 20 hours to finish it. The Battle mode is disappointing... I thought it would be like pokemon Stadium....but it sucks...you can only register one team...that means that if you want a multiplayer match, you'll nedd two game boys. The Graphics are so-so, not terrible, but far from being good, and the pokemons always do the same movementes, and that's boring. The sound is terrible, no voices, the musics are so-so, and the pokemons just do the same sound they do in the GBA, and that really sucks!! The gameplay is just the same as in the gameboy so it really has almost no problems, the camera might bother sometimes, but it's nothing so bad. There are no capturing grass or caves, you can only capture by stealing someome else's pokemon, but not all of them, just the dark one's and there aren't very much of them. I would recommend you to buy this game if you're a great fan of the serie, and even though, you won't like it so much, like me, and if you never played pokemon, don't start with this one!!
