First of all, I have been a fan of the Pokemon games since Red and Blue came out. So, I think that if this is going to be your first pokemon game, you will have a great time playing it. I think that Nintendo didn't really make Firered and Leafgreen so people who haven't played Pokemon Red, Blue, or Yellow (the first Pokemon games for the Gameboy) could experience the adventure. I think they made this game to let people get their old favorite pokemon back (after all, you couldn't trade between the Gameboy and the Gameboy Advance). The experience is great if you haven't ever played Blue, Red or Yellow. But, for people who have, it just isn't as great as the last time. This was mainly made to visit your old friends from the old games. Some good news is that you can now trade your old favorites into the new Pokemon games that are coming out. For people who are wondering to either get Ruby or Sapphire or Firered or Leafgreen, I would have to say to get Firered or Leafgreen because of Pokemon Emerald (a more advanced version of Ruby and Sapphire) is coming out very soon. So, thats it and I hope you all enjoyed my review. Echo13791
