Same old stuff

This is basically the same old stuff we have seen before right from Pokémon Red through to now. The same battle features the same "Go here and do this" Fight the Pokémon League, nothing really is new about this version of the game. Seems like Nintendo just wanted to 're-vamp' the old Pokémon Red to try and rake in more of their consumers cash. Pokémon FireRed is gernally Pokémon Red integrated with the new form of style we first saw in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. I must agree though that the updated graphics and ability to battle with two Pokémon at once do make it more appealing than the old game, as other players will find it make the game more appealing, yet with it on the same concept as all Pokémon games, it does generally get boring. I can't compare this game to its new 'brothers' on the Nintendo DS since I don't own one as of yet. I can only hope that when I do upgrade my Gameboy Advance SP they will of improved.

    Just when you thought Pokemon were dead.
