This is how pokemon was meant to be played. this rpg is a must play for even non pokemon fans

with a large amount of monsters and fighting this game is easily the best pokemon game to date. the pokemon series is most likely the best handheld rpg series ever, no contest. pokemon games are never that good on systems and nintendo knew that. pokemon is the reason why fans own a handheld game system. they knew that they didnt need to do anything big with the series and gave it the perfect blend of fighting, story, and most importantly customization. with more than millions of choices to a party its really a hardcore rpg that hardcore gamers will compete against each other in for ages and even an infrequent gamer will find their place in the series. i give it 2 thumbs up.
on a lighter note: nintendo has made remakes of the earlier series... emerald, leaf green, fire red, crystal and all my friends agree that they should remake gold and silver. imagine the same old game we all love but with more detail and more pokemon. of course it wouldnt be the same and they would screw it up somehow but i would buy it without question.
