I remember when playing this game in Grade 5 and thinking how great it was, and it still is. It's the best Pokemon game.

Like I said, this is the best Pokemon game to date, because it revolutionized the Pokemon game franchise by creating unique features that are still used in today's Pokemon games. I can't believe this game was only released in 2000 and it's been 9 years since then. I miss the good old days when I was young and was just playing this game on my GBC at elementary school. I remember, me and my friend decided to buy Silver and Gold just so we can play together by collecting the two legendary Pokemon and trading it together. But, like I said, it's still a great game that everyone should play, even to this day, because nowadays, there are way too many Pokemon for anyone to notice or even catch in the Pokemon games. I really dislike how there are around 500 Pokemon when back in the day, the most was 150. And even though, today's Pokemon games are still fun and addicting, I really think they need to be a bit more organized and do what they did best - focus on a core group of Pokemon and have awesome stories.
