Great for collectors, but still okay otherwise.

Basically, this is a pinball game for the Game Boy Color. It has a built-in Rumble Pak powered by a AAA battery, which is pretty cool (it feels stronger on the GBA for some reason), unless you only have the Game Boy Player.

There are two tables, one Red and one Blue (just like the original games). Each works slightly differently, and has a slightly different selection of catch-able Pokemon, just like the original games. To catch Pokemon, you shoot the ball into a certain area (Bellsprout on Red, I forget on Blue) to start a timer. Then you have to hit the bumpers until a silhouette is totally revealed, at which point you need to hit the Pokemon with the ball to catch them. it sounds complex, but it usually works.

Overall, if you see this game for a low price, get it. The only major complaint I have is the fact that the ball often shoots down past the flippers for no apparent reason, which is annoying considering you only have 3 of them.
