A true Pokemon Classic...
The graphics may not seem like much, but the game play is incredible! This game, unlike Red and Blue, does not offer you the choice of picking a starter Pokemon, instead you are given a Pikachu, which refuses to go into a Pokeball and will stalk you throughout your Pokemon journey. If you really wanted a Charmander, or Squirtle, or Bulbasaur though, fear not! You will get a chance to obtain them during the game. Of course, that's not all, there are many more amazing Pokemon that you can catch!
The wide variety of tunes that you can listen to throughout the game really adds to the gameplay. Whether it's the intense music you hear when entering a battle, or the cheerful music during a walk to a on one of the routes, it really sets the mood quite well.
Pokemon Yellow has lots to offer! It's fun storyline will have you playing for hours, and you may even feel like going back and replaying it over and over again.
I never got around to finishing this game, but you know, that's how I roll...
