This is the first pokemon game that came out in america. Pokemon blue also came out. But there was a exclusive pokemon game that only debut in Japan it was called pokemon green(i wanted that game so bad but it cost 50$ to import it). This has got to be the best game on the GBC.
Gameplay 10/10
This was a very straight forward rpg. Which introduced little animal's that could kick ass called POKEMONS. This game was awesome. The story line was just to become the best pokemon trainer(i thought that was too boastfull)
Graphics 9/10
The graphics were not that good because the game was orignially made for the GB. but there were decent. I love how you could change the color of the game by pressing up.
Sound 9/10
I still remeber the sounds off this game and how it relates to later pokemon games like pokemon emerald and etc.
Value 10/10
There seems to be a pattern whenever a pokemon game is first released the price is 19.99$ but then a week later the price goes up...i never understood why they did this.

I love this game. If you played this game you can play any other pokemon game.

When i first played this game(i was like 7) it took me 3 days to find out how to save and heal my pokemon.:)
