Is the same as ruby and sapphire, and the new features makes it better, you can play this game for hours and not get bored, i like the battle frontier is the best addition to the game, i think is also cool that you can catch both groudon and kyogre, and get to choose wich of latios and latios you want to get, but it would be cool if they gave you cyndaquil, chikorita or totodile by catching 100 or 150 pokemon instead of catching 200, but thanks that colosseum exist for that. the pokemon aniation are great when they come out of the pokeball, but some of the sucks. you still need to trade with ruby and sapphire to catch the 202 pokemon or with ruby, sapphire fire red, leaf green and colosseum to catch all 386 pokemon.

  Pokemon Emerald may be similar to Ruby and Sapphire in parts, but overall, it's an enjoyable experience.
