Is this a Deja-vu ???
Pokemon emerald keeps the exact same values... Graphics are decent, like the previous games, well worked out. Sound can get a little annoying at times as it becomes repetitive and gameplay is easy to understand and somewhat enjoyable.
Emerald has new features which makes it a little longer and little more challenging than the previous games, thus making it a little more time consuming. You will find new enemies, new areas and new pokemon to catch, however most of the content is pretty much the same as in the previous games.
Compared to other GBA rpg's this is one of the most decent games out there, and the fact that you can choose between a large amount of pokemon to create you own personal party makes it a little more appealing than other rpg's, but as said before this is a great game if you haven't played the previous versions, otherwise almost everything will feel the same to you and you won't be impressed by this version.
In this gamer's opinion this is the most complete pokemon game so far... however, since it is a remake of previous versions.. if you have played pokemon ruby or sapphire I do not recommend this game, otherwise I recommend it a lot If you are either a rpg fan or a pokemon fan.
