Though the gameplay is light and the game is short there is a great expirence along with it

Pokepark 2 is a interesting type of game on the wii you play as pikachu or one of the 3 black and white starters on a quest to save the pokepark sure the story isnt that great but its better then some of the other stories in pokemon games (pokemon rumble blast, pokemon snap) to start things off i'll say that the game looks great the characters are animated well and properly constructed even the loading screens are entertaining having a small replaying video while your game loads. Gameplay otherwise is sorta mixed you have to go through different types of errans to gather up friends which you need to progress through the game. some involve you fighting them or chasing them the fighting is fun even though simplistic and easy. the chase game is stupid and has no purpose its boring but they dont show up as much. Theres platforming segments too witch you get from point A to point B there nothing special. and you'll probably beat the game in less than 10 hours which is fine and i'll probably replay it agian some time. Each playable character has its own interesting properties Oshawott swims Snivy can double jump Tepig can break through giant rocks and pikachu does nothing special but a thunderbolt you'll probably will play him the least. Another thing is people comeplain about the control because you have to use the control pad but isnt as bad as the internet makes it out to be. Alot of people says its also meant for kids and ONLY kids but however i found this game enjoyable at my age and the game has lots of reading which usally loses childrens interest. Even though i talked average on this game i found a great exprience playing this game which i usually do with game. I bought this game for $9.99 no joke and found it worth that price even at $30-$40 this game may also become rare one day (released at end of wiis life cycle) IF the price lowers i consider you should pick it up overall its a pretty average game
