i have been playing this game since it came out when i was a little tike and i am still enjoying it nowadays this is probably the greatest atari game ever well it is the best atari game i own this is also a really great racing game pole position is the grandfather of racing and a wonderful grandfather it is games like project gotham and forza motor sport may seem more entertaining but remember this is 1983 and it is nearly as fun ( or maybe it is because i love old school games)

Gameplay the grandaddy of racing hell yes it has good gameplay and good everything racing first days where great days

Graphics for 2600 WOW!!!!!!!!!!! even today you think in 1983 these must have looked like xbox 360 games look like to us because they are great

Sound this deserves a 15 out of 10 because games around that era of gaming like adventure didn't even have sound and yet you can here an engine change gears in this WOW

Value i played it in 1983 and loved it i played it in 2006 and loved it that is 23 years of replay value if you like racing or if you own an atari and don't have (i hope you would) you should definately check this out

Tilt overall racings early days were some of racings best days thanks to pole position because SUPERB sound and great graphics make up this great game and you should buy it and if i didn't own an atari i would get one just to play this game and if you dont have an atari then find a way to play this because you definatly should!!!!!
