Old but new to this generation.
It since then never really brought out a game which could match up to Championship Manager or Football Manager, the thing Premier Manager had over those two games were realism.
Premier Manager kind of lost its way from 1997 but when 2003 came round and this game came out it all came back again. The manager interaction between club and chairman is not the most impressive but it was the first ever soccer sim to include such a feature.
There is a wierd and bad way of buying in players as you must talk with the club's Chairman and 9 times out of 10, he was almost always going to say "No, this player is a valuable asset to our club." Even if it was Jonathan Greening from Manchester United.
Another feature which I thought was actually great, was the interaction between you and your staff, this is almost not possible in CM or FM, which made this feature kind of special back then and certainely made this game stand out amongst the other Soccer Sims.
The fact that this game just didn't have the Scottish league, kind of dissappointed me but other than that it was a great game of its time. Now it only deserves a 7 because I don't think Premier Manager reached the heights it should have.
