It marvle kombat but with dinosaurs & monster apes .
Gameplay : The gameplay is just like Marvle kombat & Tekken but with Dinosaurs & Apes the Controls are very easy to do there are four types of attacks, fast but weak, medium attack and speed, slow but powerful, and of course special. Whenever you attack with a fast attack you can interrupt with a medium power attack, then interrupt that with a powerful slow attack, then last, finish of your combo with a special attack. Over all it Primal rapge plays fine .
Story : Eons ago, before humans walked the planet, there was rage. Life on Earth was harsh, as were the instincts of the planet's life-forms. These instincts evolved and so did the Gods. The Gods embodied the spirits of Hunger and Survival, Life and Death, Insanity and Decay, and especially, Good and Evil. Dinosaurs were the dominant animals on Earth and the Gods took the form that suited their needs.... Then the delicate balance was disrupted by Balsafas, a great wizard from a parallel dimension, recognizing the threat Earth would soon pose to the rest of the Galaxy. To stop the threat he destroyed the balance between the Gods by banishing one to the center of the Moon, which caused an unbalance of power and sent the surviving Gods into suspended animation. Now millions of years later a meteor collides with earth... and you know the rest of the story. The problem is when you see the endings or even in the intro you don't see or hear anything about this Balsafas wizard fella, which would have made more sense....story wise.
Graphics : The graphics may not be perfect in all they cloud been beter they are ulgy they need work .
Sound : I do not remaber the sound that well becusce i haven play the for while so i can't really say .
Value : Prime rage is a petry good game if you get Midway Arcade Treasures 2 for the PS2 or Xbox or gamecube it will have Primal Rage .
Tilt : Over all primal rage is still a good game i remaber playing it as a kid & it still play for the pepole who say it a rip off of marvle kombat there worng they are a complete diffent .
