An incredibly fun, must-own title for the PS2.
This game has a definite storytelling feel- the prince tells his story of how he came to acquire the sands of time and how he met Farrah, a beautiful and mysterious woman. You must solve puzzles, dodge traps and fight nasty zombie-like foes to get through. Should you or Farrah die, you get a game over with the Prince saying, "No that's not how it happened" continuing the storytelling theme.
The music is very cool, with a definite Persian feel to it. The graphics aren't bad, but it can look unintentionally comical at times- with the character's faces in particular.
Moving as the prince is incredibly fun- you can run along walls and do acrobatic tricks easily. Fighting can sometimes look more like a dance with the twists and turns he can easily do.
You also gain the power to turn back time. You can rewind to before a foe hit you with a strong attack or even to before you died.
The story is very good. The only complaint is that it is too short!
