Prince of Persia the Sands of Time is a great contribution to the franchise. Being a long time fan of the previous games I was very pleased with the performance and attributes of the game. The graphics are phenomenal. The environment is breathtaking and full of detail. The gameplay is very smooth and very intuitive. Once you get a hang of the prince’s fighting style you’ll be able to pull of moves effortlessly and easily. The prince has such a graceful way of moving in his world. His acrobatics are incredible and encourage you to try new things just to see if he’s able to do them. The effects used for the controlling of time are incredible and are truly gratifying. There is no better feeling than defeating a group of enemies by bending time and annihilating them with single blows. The puzzles vary in complexity. Although they could have been more complex they still are a break in the pace of all that sword fighting. Over all the game looks incredible, the gameplay is simple and intuitive, the sound is captivating and it is a game I would proudly recommend to anyone who’s a fan of not just the franchise but a fan of great games.
