A superb challenging game-- think Tomb Raider (when it was great) crossed with Ico. Plenty of puzzles to solve (principally of the "where do I go next?" variety) as well as a terrific combat system (even if the baddies are quite slow). It is plain fun to fight, and to do pretty much anything in this game. The only problem is, well, what else? Bad camera angles. Sometimes the game puts you in an awkward place to see the action, and it is difficult to deduce which direction to push to avoid the oncoming menace or to catch that elusive ledge. But, it is a small facet of the game, and only occasionally causes frustration. But hey, you can rewind time if you screw up! That addition makes for a rich and new experience... besides, you can rewind when you screw up! But, you will screw up, you will rewind a lot, and you will die despite this creative ability. One can also freeze time, freeze enemies and fast forward. It is a lot of fun, and makes for a better experience. Buy it if you enjoy challenging games that are not all about killing hungry animals and desperate enemies... though there are plenty of those too.
