Probably the best in the series... Very challenging yet very fun.
Graphics: The graphics are somewhat improved from WW. The use of motion blur makes alot of the speed kills look smoother and the glowing light effects make surfaces look pretty authentic. The princes movements are alot nicer looking and more realistic than before though not amazing by any means. The CG cutscenes ARE amazing though. From the beginning where the prince swims to the surface of the water to the last little glowing grain of sand.
Sound: The sound has been greatly improved. Taking you back to the hymn-like sound of Sands of Time which is delightful to hear. Nothing against WW cause I thought the music was awesome in that, especially when the Dahaka's right on your tail... But I'd have to say that the music is in it's right place while roaming around the wondorous Babylon. The voice acting is still good but sometimes not too believable. Footsteps, traps, weapons clanking, and any other sound effect including those damn birds who can give away your position are all great.
Controls: Same old controls, still annoying at times, and always annoying when you're trying to do the most simple thing. I'm sure the controls could have been really really bad, but the way the moves are mapped out it's pretty easy to get it down. There's times when I want to dodge or block and can't seem to push the right button but I'm sure it's just me, the controls are good. hahah. I think the only thing that takes time is getting used to doing speed kills, although I did just fine without speed killing some guys, just gotta make sure you take out the main guard at a post to avoid a longer fight.
