Read on this game is thankfully better then warrior within.
User Rating: 8.4 | Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones PS2
After playing sands of time many years ago i was sure that the good prince was on to something well, good. Then when I played the warrior within i played threw an agonising 2 hours and declared no more. However when the two thrones came out i decided to give the prince one more shot. I am glad to say this game is a vast improvement on warrior within. The story line makes more sense. The fighting is better (although could still be better), and most the great platforming stuff was back. I then got transformed into the "dark prince" all i can say is that i am glad his sections are only 2 mins long at most because although enjoyable it begins to feel a bit more like warrior within. The platforming with the prince is where most of the fun is to be had with a couple of more mechanics put in it is near perfection. My one real problem with the two thrones is the sometimes amazingly bad frame rate. When the prince is running across a wall do you really want to see it in a frame rate of single figures. All aside this game is definitely worth checking out.
