I don't see what's so bad about this game. It's easy to learn, and fun. The AI is a little shaky here and there, but thats nothing that a quick patch can't fix, and for $20, you can't beat the price. The game is in-depth and I feel that people are judging this game waaaaaaay to harshly. I love to raise a huge prison, then build an big security center, then go into riot/lockdown mode and have all the guards beat the prisoners to death. I don't think this game was designed for the serious games. I think it was designed to be a fun, kill-the-time game. The game is o.k. on stability, I rarely have problems, but sometimes I do. This game is kind of like roller coaster tycoon, which was an awesome game.
