This game is better than the last two.

You have the option to send the guards into riot mode, to lock down either a building or the entire prison. You have multiple jobs, can reassign cells, and can change the pay of guards as well as tell them to do certain things.

Even at high speed it is a slow game. Prisoners are only admitted once a day. Once you win a scenario, you are not given an option to continue playing. You have to start over, pick a new scenario or build a game from scratch.

I think there is stll lots of room for improvement, but it is better than the first two prison tycoons.
