Even for 20 bucks, it was the biggest waste of money. If I could do negitive nubers I would give it a -10

I bought the first thinking ahh this is going to be a funny game whats better than being a prison Warden. For 20 bucks even if it was ok it would be fun and entertaining for a little while, something different. But it was by far the worst game I've ever played. The game actually cheated. you could have a bank full of money, and the game would end saying you ran out of funds. No instructions, no tutorial, you didn't know what you needed to build get make other buildings useful. Even for 20 bucks, it was the biggest waste of money.
