This Game looked worth 19.99 at first, I mean come on, running a prison? Rehabilitating inmates? Breaking up fights (or starting them *evil grin*) that all sounds really cool but upon installation I find that the controls are dificutl, inmates arrive in bursts and do not even arrive in bulk and ontop of that the game is NOT user friendly.
This is the worst game I have ever played, State of emergency was better because at least it was functional, this game is like a "senior project" for highschool, half done and little more then 40 hours put into the construction and programing...
