Great game for fans of cycling.
In this game you can be the manager of one of the greatest cycling teams on this planet. You have to manage you're team ( negotiate the contracts, gather sponser contracts, buy parts of bikes and so on), and you can be the manager in races (from little ones to the big races like the Tour de France).
The managing part is good and made with detail. You have manage every thing that a real manager has to manage. The in-race grafix are - stil - very bad, all the racers are clones of each others, the serroundings are better than last year, but that's the only difference that i can find between this version and this one (off course updated teams and riders)
Conclusion : This game is not a must buy, to say the least of it.
