Well the problem was fixed and now I am back online. Yeah, I was about to go insane. Charter ended up having a problem of not activating the account period and then because they have a problem at the headend they are making us rent a router from them because they canceled our perfectly good router. What can I do they are the only choice around here. I will be getting Fiber soon though. Probably around Christmas time.
