NOT a resolution. Honest.

I think it's time to dig out the exercise bike, dust off the cobwebs and start using it again. This, coupled with sensible eating (basically, the opposite of my current junk food scoffing habits), seems to be a Good Idea. I know, I know....this sort of resolution is rarely stuck to. Everyone says it, yet few stick with it. But I really do want to avoid becoming permanently attached to chairs and sofas like a great big hippo in trousers. :D
