We have been around since the 1990's which is very difficult when you look at the current status of the Real Estate Market. The thing that helps us to prevail even in the current Real Estate Market has to do with the way we have a Relational View of this business and implement that particular model.

We have been working with Agent's Clients within the motion picture industry in doing the procurement and representing them in their sales of their particular variety of Real Estate.

Do Actors have different needs? I would say so, different and most would rather be treated as just a regular person other than someone that makes millions a picture and is purchasing a "huge" piece of the Real Estate Marketplace.

We don't gel with everyone, we treat all with our full disclosure process and make sure everything is understood no matter what level. It has not become about "time spent" it has to do with making everyone feel special. Most of the actors get this on a daily basis, we kick it up a notch and that is why our private sector sales are also booming.

Recently we have been in contact with several Music groups and have started to show some of thier clients what is available in the market place. I could write several novels about "needs" related to these fantastic individuals.
