So I was just reading about the new level system they're planning on implementing after the first of the year. I wonder if we'll all still be equivalent to the levels we have now, or will we all have to work up from 0. I wouldn't think that would be the case, because there are a lot of people who have worked very hard to make a lot of great submissions and deserve their higher place on the ladder of TV.com.
I haven't been making many submissions lately, so I haven't been shocked that my level hasn't been on the rise, though I was taking it for maybe I just moved up thru the first few levels really fast and then it really slows down after Level 10 or something. Because there have been a couple of days I've made one or two submissions, and I would have liked to see a little bit of an increase, and also I thought I'd get increases for blogs and for that one review I did last week, but alas - I'm anxious to see the level system revamped and hopefully it will work a lot smoother.
And another thing about My So-Called Life that I posted yesterday - did you know that they released all 19 episodes a few years back, in some huge boxed set, and now you can only buy it on eBay for like $200, with no plans to re-release anytime soon? That really stinks. The more I was thinking about the show yesterday, I thought now there is a show I would watch over and over again, so I looked on BestBuy.com to see if I could buy the set, and that's when I found out that you can't. I could get three entire seasons of Nip/Tuck for under $100, but I can't get MSCL just like I can't get Red Sox tickets. That's messed up. I really hope that ABC or whoever owns rights to MSCL will change their minds and re-release it in the near future. I heard it's on Youtube, yeah, but I'd kinda like to be able to watch it on my TV, you know? I'm weird like that.
