When animals attack

This is one of those stories that I will be laughing at for the rest of my life.

I enjoy running and lately I have been running in a park nearby my apartment. The park is pretty spacious and has a good size pond in the middle of it. It is therefore home to lots of wildlife-birds, ducks, and geese.

I was running on the path and about 50 yards off the path was a group of Candian geese just hanging out. In the middle of the geese, was a lonely, white goose. As I got a little closer, the goose raised his head up, looked at me, and then started running toward me with his wings flapping making all kinds of noise. Now, I was nowhere near this goose. I was just minding my business, no harm intended and as I see this animal coming toward me the only thing I could think of was that this goose was going to attack me. I then egan sprinting in the opposite direction and he eventually left me alone. This goose was pretty big by the way. I guess the park just isn't big enough for the 2 of us.

Potatoes

So I am taking advantage of some precious free time to start writing a blog. Bout time! I know there are a few of us on here in school and that just sucks the life out of you at times. It has been so nice to be home and relax! I watched the enitre first season of CSI:NY again, but this time with my sister. Trying to get her into the show. Unfortunately, not being away from school has taken me away from the high speed internet and the lovely CSI:NY boards. I hate missing those Tuesday night parties. Unfortunately I have to head back to Arkansas on Saturday for the 3 weeks of hell before Christmas break starts. I hate when everything is due at the exact same time. The good news? I have Wed. nights to look forward to. Hopefully the strike will end soon so we can have new episodes for after the new year. I measure my days by the shows that are on that night (loser, I know). Mon- Hereos and 24 Tuesday- L&O:SVU Wed.- CSI:NY Thursday-the Office and then the weekend. It's been so great to be at home with cable and no school work to do absolutely nothing but be a coach potato. Potatoes are good for you right?
