Today is January 22nd. It started out as a wonderful day, but as of 4:11 P.M., it turned into one of the worst. I found out that Heath Ledger, an actor who has starred in movies such as Ned Kelley, The Four Feathers, and the upcoming The Dark Knight, has passed away. It truly is so unfair for such a talented young man to pass away this early. He was only 28 years old. He had his whole life ahead of him. Things like these make me think, why does this universe work this way? I cannot even fathom the fact that there are murderes, drug dealers, and terrible people out there living the perfect life and such a beautiful soul as his not even making it to his 30th birthday. I cannot believe that this is even happened. My prayers go out to his family and his little daughter who now will never get a chance to see her father shine. It's outstanding how someone I don't even personally know can be such an impact. Rest in Peace, Heath Ledger.
1979-2008.
You will always be remembered, not as "that guy from the gay cowboy movie", but as "that wonderful actor who had the strength and the courage to go where not many others have gone before."
