'My goal is to perform Lion King.' What do you think?

Yes, you read correctly. I want my ballet company to perform Lion King. I'll get to why later. I never had an actual goal. I just took whatever life threw at me and was pretty much along for the ride. Not like I handled anything correctly. But after I saw this amazing musical 2 years ago, well, it never went away. After I saw it I was thinking 'i want to do that. Why can't we do that?' I knew I could make it happen. But not until recently. I've got the soundtrack, the DVD, the director scetchbook, now all I need is to convince the director. He said it would be cool if we did it, but he doesn't know how to actually...do it.:| Well, I don't need him to do anything. I'll do everything.;) I've studied ballet for 12 years, jazz for 2 and have recently danced modern. I've 'observed' african movements and know what we can and can not do. Okay, there are alot of things the dancers I work with can't do, but we can do cartwheels. And a few other woop-di-do stuff.:P I'll do choreography, costumes, make-up, sets, etc. (well, design) all I need is his approval. This is my dream. I want to do this so bad. I've never set an actual goal (if you don't count staying alive until Sara and Grissom kiss as one) and everyone loves this story. Augusta is known for golf, golf, and James Brown. Not it's beautiful 'Broadway' shows. They aren't gonna know what Giselle is and my own mother doesn't even like Alice in Wonderland. Give the audience a show they love! Truly love. And what else then Lion King. Now, do you all think I'm crazy? (I've driven my mom and my best friends nearly insane with this.)
