it wasnt that bad...went for a school community service excursion!

I kinda threw up :( but after that i was dandy!

Had to drink at least 2 litres of water/juice...but i think throughout the day i had about 5-6 litres of fluids!

So i highly recommend it to anyone considering...Apparently i could have saved 3 live! Not bad for an hour of my time!
