I have never understood the need for people to antagonize, provoke or falsely accuse others unjustly especially when the targets of these attacks did not even provoke anything themselves. Its as if people have lost any compassion or sense of justice which is not surprising actually in a society that is determined to hurt or kill others. I hate it when I get pulled into these flame wars because there is no sense to arguing over the internet.

I avoid getting into arguments or personal attacks by being diploamtic and objective. But when someone over the internet falsely accuses me or attacks me unprovoked, then I feel personally offended in that situation. A few years ago on ComicMonsters.com, a flamer falsely accused me of posting a Bob Marley quote to support the Blade TV Series. Why false? Well I didn't use any quote at all in the post as a reference to anything. I just posted that I wanted to watch the rest of the series.

The flamer wouldn't even provide any evidence to prove his claims. Although I don't know how he could prove it since I didn't have any quote in my post. Instead he just continued to lie that I used a quote in reference to the Blade Series ranting on and on about a post that I obviously did NOT post. I even quoted myself in another post using that quote button on the forum page to confirm that I had the complete post and there was no quote.

He just kept on going about what Bob Marley represented which is truly ironic since Bob Marley certainly would not condone false accusations or unprovoked attacks. I wouldn't even care about idiocy like this if I had started this but all I did was make a harmless, simple post about wanting to watch a TV show. No quotes, fancy metaphors or clever remarks to provoke some flamer unjustly attacking me. Then after I respond to this sadist's false accusations, he posts:

"Like I said before who really cares.. It ain't that serious!"

"Jesus you people can't we all just get along!!!!!"

I get serious when I am falsely accused and I certainly would not get along with a deranged liar.
