Exams ended today!! WooHoo :D I'm so glaaaad it's all over. Ahead of me are three months of dolce fare niente (well, maybe not nothing all the time ;)).

SCHOOL ENDS THIS FRIDAY!!! WooHoo :D:lol: I'll have national exams in 2 weeks, but I'll think about that later. I will no longer have to face the hellish fiend sent to earth to make students' lives miserable, aka my physics/chemistry teacher :twisted: We are so gonna prank her, but it has to be monumental. She's a total pain in the rear, she deserves it...

Last Friday, I went to Rock in Rio 2008 here in Lisbon. We were there just to see Amy Winehouse, but it was kind of a disappointment:cry:. We actually ended up enjoying the other artists (Ivete Sangalo and Lenny Kravitz) more than her. She came on stage drunk:shock:, probably high on something, with cough drops for her miserable voice, and a broken/slit (we couldn't know) bandaged wrist. The music was still ok, but it's so sad to see such a great artist lose herself in such a stupid way:(. I guess we're really lucky 'cause maybe this has been the only time she comes here before dying because of an overdose...

Finally, since I find it very hard to say stuff about myself and people end up not having a chance to know me and lose interest (it has happened too many times to be indifferent) I want to start posting a couple of random facts about myself just because... So here it is:

1. Because of Gossip Girl, my guitar is called 'Nathaniel'

2. I can't hear 'My Sharona' by The Ramones, 'Hot Blooded' by Foreigner or 'Always' by Saliva without an embarassing display of my air-guitar skills

3. I have a bellybutton piercing which my mom payed even though she's totally against these things

4. I strangely have the ability not to get tired of a song. Even if it's the only song I hear for three days (yes, I'm that crazy when I like a song), I'm still able to hear it and enjoy it without saying 'Wow, this is getting boring'.

5. I loove to write, but apparently my muse is AWOL since the beggining of the year and all that comes is crappy poetry (Poetry isn't crap, mind you. Unless it's mine in this phase, then it's the worst piece of *bleep* you can read)

It's been awhile...Almost a month since my last blog post. It's awful, because everytime I try to make time to come here, life gets in the way and it sucks. That simple. I hate it.

Now, about what I've been up to... Yesterday was my birthday!!:):):):):)

I'M 17, YAY ME!! *throws confettis in the air* AND YAY SU (BONES18 ) 'CAUSE SHE TURNED 17 YESTERDAY TOO!! WOOHOO!! ALMOST-TWINZ RULE!! (I'm sorry, but it only really hit me today. I'll stop being a minor in a year :D)

Also, my football (soccer...) team won the portuguese cup, so that was a great birthday present too. Unfortunately, we beat Su's team... But she was a good sport and congratulated me and it as all peaceful, and it's all good :P

And now, the greatest thing that's gonna happen: BONES SEASON FINALE!! I absolutely can't wait! The greatest episode name, the most teasing teaser, a great story promised... and DB HOTNESS :lol:

Oh wow, I'm going crazy :oops: then again, who cares?

Well, I gotta go now, once again, Chemistry test the day after tomorrow and I can't focus.

Hi everybody! :D

Just thought I'd update my blog, so y'all don't think I'm lazy or that I forgot about you. It's been pretty dull, these past days. My parents travelled to Dominican Republic, and left little ol' me at home:evil: Well, not really at home, at my aunt's, cause apparently I'm not responsible enough to be on my own for a couple of days. That's why I've been kinda away, the computer there has a connection soooo slow it doesn't even open tv.com properly :shock:

Another issue is football (or soccer to americans, but I just can't call it that, to me it sounds stoopid ;)) Su's team (Fê-Quê-Pê :P aka FC Porto) just won the championship, although not officially because it'll only end next month. That doesn't surprise me, because they had a really great season, even if my team not having a chance to win p***es me off a little. Oh well, there's always next year :)

I've become addicted to two young, talented, piano players/singers : Sara Bareilles and Kate Nash. Sara Bareilles' song 'Gravity' is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard, it's a sad song but very soothing to me. Kate Nash's songs are all uplifting alternative and very addictive. 'Mariella' and 'Foundations' are my favourites. These girls just rock :):):)

Finally, the thing that's been on my head for like three and a half months : Bones returns in 6 days!!! (Well, to me it's seven, because i can't watch it until it's erm...you know... *whispers*posted online :P) It's been awful to wait, but I believe the Booth yummy-ness and BB moments to come will be worth the wait :D Great, now I'm thinking about it and grinning like a fool...

This is my last free week. I'm still trying to process that until June 20 I will without any doubt have at least a test each week...I'm feeling sick just because of the thought :(

She's a really good friend and her grandmother had been the person who'd helped her deal with her mother's death almost nine years ago, so they were very close and like it was then, this was really hard on us friends because we knew what her grandmother meant to her. Erm...so according to this, I have no life :! Oh well, who cares ? Long live the movies:lol:

I went missing about two weeks ago. Usually it'd be because i was too lazy to write a post :oops: but ironically i went MIA on holiday because of school, more specifically a school assignement.

You see, my P.Ed. teacher had the brilliant idea of forcing us to create a hip-hop routine to present in cl.ass, only she didnt give us any guidelines, and she kept moving the presentation date, so we kinda let it slide, thinking she'd forget. On the last day of school, she suddenly remembered and told us we had to present in in the beginning of third term. Long story short, that's all i've been doing.

On another note, I now have a calendar from which I cross every day that passes until we have Bones again. Mom says I'm getting REALLY obsessed, but I just think it also helps the time pass faster.

Last (and worst) school starts again on Monday. I had several thing to do while on holiday and none was accomplished. I'm feeling very...'underproductive'. Fortunately I'll have this weekend to catch up on some of them :)

Ok i finished my rant.

Holiday starts today!! WooHoo!! I've been so tired the entire term, I was desperate for this time to relax. Luckily, it got here before I suffered a breakdown :)

I have no real news, everything is pretty dull around here. The next two weeks are gonna be shopping sprees, TV show maratons, Disney movies, physical ed. hip-hop routine practice and lots and lots of Internet surfing :D I really love having nothing productive to do!!

Shout-out to Manu and Su: Fight for students' rights!! Physics&Chemistry suck!! REVOLUCIÓN!!

Ah, I feel much better now. And I also ran out of stuff to talk about :P

So, first things first, the tagging demands I post five facts about myself:

1- I share my birthday with Su :D *almost-twin*, Jack Johnson and Pope John Paul II ( i know he's deceased, but he was such a role model to me I can't help mentioning him)

2- I have no idea what i want to do in the future, even though my grades can probably get me into anything, It's rather frustrating, really, when you see everyone around you knowing exactly what they want to be, butn still you can't figure out your "calling" :?

3- I'm portuguese of birth, but I am only one third portuguese, actually. The other two thirds are from India and Africa.

4- I have the most annoying habit, which is drumming with pens in my notebooks during c.lass :P You know, when the lesson's boring and the teacher doesn't help you stay awake? Most people make doodles, or sleep, or text someone, or pretend to pay attention while daydreaming. I grab a couple of pens and start drumming:lol: : Hot Blooded is so much fun to play!

5- I love to laugh during Horror movies! I'm usually the person who appears to be seizing from containing the laughter :D I also like to scare my friends by throwing pillows at the scariest parts (when we're watching at home) or calling their cells which are in their pockets (at the cinema)

Now second item : Amy Winehouse!

She is such a good singer! I'm always amazed when I hear her sing, she sounds like a well-lived old soul at only 23. I'm really excited because she's coming to Rock in Rio (on the same day as James Morrison, Lenny Kravitz and Ivete Sangalo - Dream day :D), and I am soooo there!!

Last but not least...

I have this friend, he's actually my best friend ( from the boys), and he decided to grow his hair. Nothing wrong with that, right? That's when a disaster happened! :?

You see, he was actually growing his hair to cut it in a cool emo-ish Jared Leto s.tyle. The only problem is the hairdresser couldn't do it, so he went for a Peter Petrelli from Heroes look. What a waste of money in a hair cut! Not only the cut is wrong, it doesn't suit him at all. Furthermore, he now looks more like Reid from Criminal Minds than Petrelli :shock::|

[We made so much fum of him it was painful :lol:]

This is probably my biggest post ever. Wow!

Well, gotta go, I have a Physics/Chemistry test tomorrow and I don't want the lousy grade i had last time... See ya!

Yesterday I had nothing better to do (who am I kidding? I should've been studying maths but i was disturbed by the Bones episode that was playing in my computer :D) so I made a new banner!!

Another exciting thing for me today is Bones 3x03 on Fox Portugal (*squeeee* I'll be glued to the TV --- Booth's awesome smile and Calvin Johnson's accent will make my day :lol: ).
