My new banner- am I the only one who loves it? It's been a few months, but I've finally decided to write a blog discussing about my new banner. I did make make it myself and I for one am proud of it. I'm pretty satisfied with the images that I've used; I'd tried to get really nice pictures of Zim, since he's known to be the homicidal maniac that the fans love- I for one disapprove of that but right now, that's beside the point.

Back to the banner; apparently, there's not much to say about it except that I love the images that I used. Sorry, I feel the need to repeat myself. I've decided on a rainbow background to exentuate the color of my profile page. A rainbow background also seems to make the image or whatever is being made to be portrayed as more peaceful and presentable, so I decided on that because of that reason alone.

I hate to sound cliche and just talk about I thought about or layed out for my banner, otherwise I'd be coming off as a show-off.

I strongly believe that if I wanted to make my profile page a little bit intriguing for myself, I had to have my own personal banner. For a while, my page felt kind of empty without having my own personal banner, so I came up with the idea of having one. One day, I was web surfing and brainstoring on what my banner should look like at one time. It took some time, but at last, I had the right idea and the background that would be suitable to go with.

Just one thing that lurks in my mind- I wonder if I have too much Zim. First the avatar and now the banner. Looking at my profile, it's so clear. Think about it. If someone has an avatar, a banner and possibly a blog/profile page that revolves around the same thing, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that that person is a huge fan. Zim's definitely my favorite character and what can I say? I'm a huge fan.

I look to the right hand side of my profile page and from my personal perspective, my favorite shows have been ranked incorrectly. This seems a bit much to write a blog about but lately, it has been one of the things that have come to my attention. In some ways, I'm attentive to the list (the shows are listed from 1 to 10 which basically means that according to the scores that I give for the shows I review, that show is ranked that number.) In other ways, I choose to ignore the list because at least I'm aware that my personal list is not like this one.

For anyone who reads this, I'm not upset about this, just pondering of it. Like I know that Invader Zim is not #4 on my list- that's just crazy- it should at least be in the top 3. I adore The Emperor's New School, but having it ranked higher than Zim, does that seem right?

Something else that has brought to my attention is that the shows that I don't seem as interested as the others seem to ranked higher. Of course I enjoy them, but I guess I seem to have more admiration over the other ones.

The truth is, I don't really have one specific favorite. Like I said earlier, I adore The Emperor's New School, but does that mean that I love watching it more than Invader Zim? To be honest, I can't seem to decide on that. Maybe I like them both equally and I had my own reason for ranking The Emperor's New School higher. Though, just because I do, doesn't mean that I like it better. It seems odd, but I guess I just refuse to go by the list. But, I mean let's face it, Invader Zim is a pretty scary series compared to The Emperor's New School so when I reviewed them both, it was most likely based on that feeling. But, does that mean that I like one over the other? They're both great, so why I should choose favorites- between these two at least? I'm not so sure about the other shows that are on my list. I mean, at one time, Loonatics was once my favorite series of all time and I ranked that a 9 while I might have given another series a 10. Pretty strange if you ask me because it's not just the fact that my interests change but rather, I might have my certain moments where I prefer one over the other.
