i just got an alienware laptop. it came with 3 instruction books and none of them tell you crap. they want you to call in and do everything over the phone which brings me to my next point. They need to change the name to "Illegal-Alienware" cause when you call the jackasses none of the tech people no what's up and english isn't any one of their first languages.

What ever happen to good old fashion scripted television. Reality shows suck. We miss you scripted tv and we hope you come back to "reality", no pun intended, really soon.
