so today i spent much of my time getting senior pics taken. i'm using the cheap method too. my aunt (who isnt a photographer, btw) came over to my house and took them w/ her digital camera. a few of them look really good too, even tho they weren't professionally done. shes taken pics for 2 of my cousins and they all turned out excellent, so i decided to have her do mine as well. the problem is that we have to take like 200 for me to find like 5 that i actually like!
about half way thru, my jaw muscles got tired and my mouth got dry so i started to do the whole fake smile thing, so those ones sucked. but the good news is that im going to my aunts house next saturday for a change of scenery, and hopefully we can get better lighting then too. it was too bright outside so it made my skin look REALLY pale, and there was occasionally a glare. and the bails of hay at my aunts house are better than the ones at my house, so we're gonna use that. hmmm....i need more props. any suggestions from those who have already graduated?
i really want to wait a little longer so that the leaves on all the trees will be different colors, but at the same time i really love this time of year and i like the way everything looks at sunset. idk, maybe i'll just do some of each. the ones for the yearbook arent due til like dec. 12th or something, so i have time. i really feel like i dont have enough clothes to choose from either. i had to change clothes 3 times today and i already feel like im out of options in that area. now im just writing down random thoughts cuz i cant remember what i was gonna say. what was it? oh well, must not have been that important! moving on...
i was actually thinking about putting some of the pics on here to see what everyone thought. but im still on the fence about that one. im a little nervous about having my face on the internet. i mean, my myspace pic is so zoomed out you can barely tell who it is, lol!
anywho...any thoughts/ideas about good poses or props to use for the senior pics would be greatly appreciated!
