Madagascar

Man, that movie was freakin hilarious. One of my friend's brothers is like a manager at our theater and she invited me to go with her to see it. When I first saw the previews I didnt think much about the movie. But that movie is so funny. I'll probably end up buying it when it comes to DVD.

Basketball

Today I played basketball with some friends. The team I was on won everytime, mostly cause Im a baller (j/k). It was fun, except I got a charlie horse and that sucked.

4th of July

Man today I started out by going to Stroud's BBQ and got a sandwich and sweet tea. Then went all over town looking for a cd which I could not find and that pissed me off. Then went to Matt's house and we watched some Seinfeld. Then we went to the Freedom Fest and waited 2 hours for the fire works to begin with a couple of people we find annoying. Then we went to Steak & Shake where the service is terrible.

Recently

Recently one of my friends has let me borrow seasons 1 and 2 of The X-Files. At first I thought the show might have been a little cooky, but I have really enjoyed watching them. Fox Mulder makes me a believer everytime I watch an episode. THe show is quite the anti-drug.

Music

I believe I have a wide variety of music. I listen to most everything except rap. I used to be into Classic Rock like no other. Then somehow I started listening to country music. A couple of months ago one of my friends started making a list of excellent 80's songs. The list was then turned into a Volume collection of Big Hits of the 80's. Currently I'm listening to a little reggae and some of the emo stuff.

Cheers

What a T.V. show. Could there possibly be a better setting for a show? Sam "Mayday" Malone is a former relief pitcher for the Red Sox and after his career ends he bought a sports bar. Diane is a well-educated waitress who always has a suggestion. Carla is a waitress who loves all the Boston sports teams and has anger problems. "Coach" is one of Sam's former coaches and is a bartender at Sam's bar. Cliff and Norm are two regulars who seem to live at Cheers. Cliff is a postman and Norm is an accountant.

Seinfeld

As a young lad I watched the last episode of Seinfeld not knowing at the time what was happening. 3 years later I come to realize how lucky and special I was to have seen that last episode at its original airing. When the seasons 1-3 were made available for purchase, I knew that I just had to buy them. Those seasons along with season 4 that has recently been released have been a joy to me and some of my friends. Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David created a type of comedic show that had never been thought about before. The show was about nothing, but in reality was about everything: life, friends, romances, etc... Jerry Seinfeld plays himself and most of the time the setting is at his apartment in New York City. The show is Jerry's life with his 3 best friends. Jerry is a stand-up comedian, who always says something witty and sarcastic. Cosmo Kramer is his neighbor from across the hall, who is up to all sorts of shenanigans. Elaine Benes is a former girlfriend of Jerry's and still remains close friends with him. George Costanza is Jerry's oldest and best friend, who seems to always get the shaft in what he does.
