my level thingy wont move. its annoying meeeee. its been at 47% for a long time. and i have been doing stuff. is anyone else's stuck?

oh yahh. i watched howls moving castle last night..i actually liked it alot. we had watched it in my drawing class 2 years ago and i didnt get it and i didnt really watch it cuz i dont like anime..still dont really...but i like some of it. and i liked spirited away and when i was younger i used to watch kiki's delevery service alot..i think they are all by the same studio..i cant think of the name though. hmmm what other movies have they done?
