CinemaBlend got word from a scooper that "Pirates of the Caribbean 4" is definitely on and will focus more on Johnny Depp's character, Jack Sparrow. The scooper also added that Johnny Depp will definitely return for a fourth installment, but so will Geoffrey Rush and director Gore Verbinski.
