A Change Of Scenery...

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't written one of these in forever. Been a little busy. So, the biggest news in my life at the moment (get ready for lameness) is the fact that I'm leaving Gilmore girls behind and following One Tree Hill instead. Gilmore girls has been great but I think the fire is starting to go out for me. One, because this whole Luke and Lorelai/Chris and Lorelai thing is crazy and two, I don't like the way the new exec. is handling everything. It's filmed differently and acted differently. It isn't the show I fell in love with anymore so I'm out of it now. One Tree Hill is a show I've just started watching even if it has been going for four years (don't judge. I got into Gilmore girls mid-way through season 6...but I've seen them all before that too). The characters are more realistic and not everything is a joke although the humour in it is hilarious. I love Brooke's stupidity and Peyton's realism. They all seem to have believeable chemistry too. Like in Gilmore girls, I can't see any chemistry between Rory and Logan. It's clear that they don't really like each other but with Peyton and Lucas, it almost seems like they could be a couple in real life as well as in the show. The fourth season has me hooked even though I live in the UK so it isn't out here yet. I download it and I'm loving it. Well done Mark Schwahn for not leaving your show (and it's fans) behind like the Palladinos. xXx

Stranger To This Place...

I've been a member of tv.com for ages (I was foamgilmore) but I forgot my login details so I've had to start all over again and it's taken me ages to figure out how everything works again. lol.

Well, what do you write in your first blog entry? Hmm...well, I'm Lauren, I'm 17 and I'm from the UK. I'm a self-confessed television junkie. I love watching TV and I even want to write or direct in television in the future. Although, chances of that happening are pretty slim. I probably have more chance of serving you at your local supermarket than getting behind the camera, but all teenage girls can dream. =) If you, for some reason, wanna find out more about me, I have my own website that you can visit at www.freewebs.com/gondola_is_a_funny_word (dont ask about the title, 'Gondola' isn't even that funny of a word.)

Feel free to message me. TTFN peeps xXx
