Also possibly the Final Fantasy series even though I didnt buy FFXII( Becasue I had bought an Xbox 360 and couldn't go back to previous Gen consoles)

And if I had a PS3 Then DEFINITELY the Metal Gear Solid series(Provided it stars Solid Snake)

I have the Component cable(Microsoft one) that can be bought in the shops and it works fine,I see no reason for splashing out on better cables,even just a more expensive Component one never mind a HDMI. Also component cables have been found to give a crisper sound and I know because I've used both HDMI and compenent on my 360 hooked up to a 50 inch 1080p Pioneer Plasma and full surround sound and found no difference in picture but the sound seemed less crisp... Just remember the sound factor.:D

I also compared 720p to 1080i and 1080p and found a big difference between 720p and 1080i(1080i being the better),however no difference between 1080i and 1080p,only when playing Forza going in an excess of 200 mph did the interlaced begin to seem inadequate but besidess that 1080i seemed fine...
