and shrinks are a waste of money...somebody that just sits there and talks quietly trying to reveal problems that you already know you have...then says you have to work on them yourself in order for you to overcome it...its a waste of money..and time...

ive decided to seek help, ive seen my doctor and he has refered me to an adolesent (SP?) mental health place hopefully that will sort my head out.

ive made it my mission to try and sort my self out by the end of the summer. things havnt seemed so bad today, i think maybe i could do this, it will be tough but i think i can.
