They've already sold more together in little under two months than the Wii U has in a year. I guess if you pad both of them out separately onto a timeline, that's something under four months. Not to mention the Wii U came out much earlier, and didn't have two other consoles competing with it for the public's attention as a new console.

Oh, and yeah, it's been out way longer, it has more games. If anything, the gap between the PS4 and XB1 will close in the coming months, instead of widening.

On that note, inFAMOUS: Second Son. Don't have much of any interest for Dark Souls 2, but I'm excited for Titanfall too. Between the two, I'm more excited to get Second Son, though.

I was reading through this thread, and just waiting to get to the end so I could voice this same stance, but I found your post and you did it for me, so I will just quote you and say...QFT.

It's honestly getting...fuckin' annoying. I see the same games on EVERY sale (literally every single one of the games in OP's picture were in Steam's most recent sale, except for Metal Gear Rising, which I don't think was out at that point yet, maybe), and considering I bought Bioshock Infinite during the latest Steam sale (the Steam autumn sale) and Monaco and Dead Island on some earlier sale, plus having completed Dishonored and Batman Arkham Origins in the past before, I was disappointed beyond words at this sale.

I'm just hoping the coming days will present us with some better deals.

Nintendo does not have the best games ever made. None in the top 3 spots in the gaming aggregate site known as my mind.

@pc-ps360: Welp, I tried making the tone a bit more obvious, but I don't actually own a PS4. At least not right now, as it is the console of the three current-gen home consoles that I plan on picking up when it gets more games, maybe followed by a Wii U because of a few titles I want.


The point I was trying to get across veered more towards the unconvincing proposition of a project as unimpressive as "Hyrule Warriors" being anything to write home about, arguing against your post, which posited that the "butthurt cows n lems" are jealous of this game being released on the Wii U, and not their preferred consoles, the XB1 and PS4. I was simply observing that the game you think is supposed to make us jealous looks boring, unimpressive, and uninspired, uninspired not being a word I use to describe games with low technical graphical quality (related to your comment about the DW games not shining in that area because of the amount of enemies on screen), but how the graphical style looks boring, in addition to the gameplay.

I've seen a fair few of your posts in the last half an hour that I decided to peruse this forum (and this sub-section), and it's amazing how little content, or anything of value, you offer in every thread.

They should. They love fishing for controversy (saying this as someone who loves the games, not meant to be a negative criticism), and I think putting a female as the murdering, rampaging tour de force that a GTA protagonist is would attract at least some people's scrutiny.

Also, I can concede that the Wii U has the best line-up (right now, I would get it over the PS4, even though I am partial to Sony in the home console department and haven't owned a Nintendo home console since the SNES), but the whole thread is pointless. This has been said a few times by the few sensible people in this thread, but...what is the POINT of a thread that compares a system that has been out for a year to systems that have been out for, like...a month to two months?
Also, TC just brought up two examples for two consoles. The whole thing is shallow and subjective as hell.
The 3DS, though? Compared to its current-gen competition, the Vita? Despite owning both, yeah, the 3DS is...about ten times better as far as its library is concerned.
