well its that time again and im in the market for a new computer. and im really considering a macbook pro. but i was wondering if thats a good idea or not cause i still want to game (using bootcamp to run vista). the mac id get would have 2X 2.4ghz, 2gb ram, a 256 video card etc. and i plan to have this thing for a while... is this a good plan or not cause for what im spending i could get a pretty nice pc...
1. games such as resident evil 1-3 where your preformance is based on how many times you saved and the only way to get the good stuff is to save 0 or 1 time yet there are things in the game that can kill u in 1 hit. example im 3 hours into a game of re2 back in the day and im close to the last boss (havent saved yet) and a headhunter runs up to me and rips my head off in under 1 second. i was like WTF!
2. racing games that are all about unrealistic street racing like nfsu1 was cool but that was it.
3. games dont allow free roaming where it would make the game 10000000x better
well im looking to get a new rpg and im stuck between Gothic 3 and Neverwinter nights 2. any suggestions? pros and cons of them highlites etc. thanks guys
RPG - when you lose a character either because they die in the story and are gone forever or even just lost or something stupid like in FF7 and they were your favorite/best. i just killed a guy and i can visualy see that he is holding an axe and sheild etc and when i loot him they arent there WTF!?. lack of customization or gear.
FPS - rediculusly overpowered or underpowered guns. bad multiplayer... lets face it multiplayer is one of the reasons why fps are so fun.
Racing - i just went 4657687980mp/h into a wall and not even a scratch?
well it looks like im gonna give lotro a try. looks pretty cool. i watched a bunch of reviews on youtube and it seems promising. anyone got a trial key they wouldnt mind sending me? :)
