Body Building and Working out.

June 14, 2010

Blog 4

Have any of you every wanted to become a body builder? i know i didnt. but i know who did.. Arnold Schwartzenegger..

I just finished watching a speech arnold gave to some university graduate class of 2010. i only watched half of this 25 min speech since i didnt have the time to watch it all before my gf turned off on me. But what i have watched, he was quite funny. I wanted to finish watching it. but i dont have the time to finish.. only time to write blogs  . i watched it like a week ago... i found it thinking it would be boring or somewhat entertaining, and wow. it was very inspirational and entertaining at the same time. if you want to watch it, its on youtube.com and type in "Arnold Schwartzenegger 2010 Speech At Emory" or something along the lines. i watched it on some other site that had it in one part and not broken up into a couple of parts..

Anyways after watching this video it made me think of back when i use to work out a lot. and it was hard to keep motivated to keep in shape.. i always believed i was fat for some reason. because i was always a gamer nerd. and just sat around and played Sega, Snes, N64, and Ps2 for most of my pathetic life and got fat.. but when i graduated high school i got a job and then i bought my first Gym pass in the summer of 2006.. I started out working out 3-4 times a week. and be at the gym for about 1-3 hours.. more around 1 hour if i dont screw around.. but sometimes i would just sit on a bench in the field house and rest and watch the hot babes run by like a creep. and i would take a lot of breaks in between a lot of weight lifting. not really having a program of what i wanted to work on. just do everything lol... well i learned the hard way u cant just do everything, you get tired out and not enough will power to do all things.. although i had accomplished working on everything a couple of workouts. its just hard to keep it up every week. So i devised a list of what i needed to work on and what i should start out doing.. my list isnt amazing or anything but u want to see it here it is

-Start work out with a warm up of a jog around the track about 2-5 laps or use a treadmill and jog for 5-10 min depending on how i was feeling that day... somedays i had more energy than others.. i try to keep discipline. but its tough sometimes when u have no energy.

-do some stretching. stretch out using all stretches of my knowledge just using a mat on the floor. and hold all stretches for atleast 20 seconds.

-the start of the week (day 1) i would start out with upper body workouts such as chest, back, forearms, neck, biceps/triceps, and abs. I would normally always do abs workout every day regardless if i went to the gym or not. but at the start i couldnt do it everyday since i started to hurt... but after u work out your muscles so much it doesnt get sore after a workout. unless it was super intense.

Day 2 of the week. lower body workout such as calves, quads, hamstrings, then i would throw in a couple of upper body workouts whatever i felt like such as biceps or whatever didnt hurt.

then my schedule will go back to day 1. then back to day 2 throughout the week. So i had a Day 1 day 2 type of schedule.

-After completing one of the day 1 or day 2 workouts i would go for a jog for about 10-20 min or do 10-15 laps at the end of the session to close it out and sometimes i jumped on a machine such as an eliptical, stairmaster or bycicle. But i would always Do sprints at the end. i would try and sprint down the track then jog back to starting piont and do it again 10 times to use up any remaining energy i had to get the most cardio out of my workout. then walk a couple of laps to calm down the heart and body.

So that is my basic workout. but sometimes i would do stretches at the end of the workout.. heard somewhere the stretches at the start doesnt really do anything for a workout. but after a workout would accomplish more. It's hard to keep motivated to keep working out.. my motivations were at the begining i didnt want to be fat anymore. then after i accomplished that. My friend Adrian started to box me, and i would always win, but after he started working out he thought he could beat me easily so it had me fired up to workout even harder.. and i believe i worked out harder than i ever had when i had that motivation... and when i compared workouts with my friends my workout was far suprior to theirs and they couldnt even complete mine.. i felt satisfied... too satisfied that i let up on my intensity and i started to go less and less.. then i needed a new motivation and it was work out for this girl i liked since she was a health freak.. and it made me a health freak. i started to not eat junk food for like 2 months.. no pop, no pizza, fast food. or anything fatty.. man i went down to 160 and im normally 180.. and im 6'2 so that is kind of light lol...but after i discovered the girl i liked was a whore/slutty, i lost motivation and just stopped working out for a while..

If youre wondering how i looked before i worked out, here is a photo Me Before Workouts Me Before Workouts

Me After Workouts Me after Workouts

Idk if the URL's worked or not. sinces its from facebook. but we'll see.. anyways thats all i have to say. Bye

Ok so i was browsing NFL.com since i absolutely love football.. anyways i was browsing the site. and i was looking at some photos of OTA's and i seen just above the picture it says buy photo.. so i click it to see how much its worth. and holy sh*t. it costs like $30 dollars to $70 dollars depending on size and frame... and to add a canvas or something like that it goes up to $175-265 like holy crap. who has the money to just blow on a portrait u can probably just copy image and print the damn photo. and i dont even know if the extra 175-265 is added on to the picture or its final price w/o taxes....

Metal Gear Solid 4

Blog 2

Well today I was playing Metal Gear Solid Online, other wise known as MGO.

I remember the first day i got that game. It was the first day of release, And everyone was noob and it seemed like everyone sucked bad lol. And i picked up the title head shot master in my first 2 days of playing. people were asking me how i got so good within a day of release. and asking for tips. i didnt know what to tell them, i just told them to just aim for the head and shoot.. i guess a lot of people were use to the first MGO online on MGS3 where you had to aim down the site in order to shoot. or use to Cod4 where u had to aim down the site for more accurate shots... IDK but it seem there was few ppl who could match my skill in the first weeks of MGO.. i was level 11 so quick and everyone i seen were level 0-7. it was awesome being the best at a game for once.. im always just above average. never super owner lol...

Then my friend wanted to get into the action but he didnt have a MGO or a ps3 for that matter lol. So I find him a deal at EB games where u trade in 4 games and get a 40 GB PS3 with a $125 off the price... well My friend didnt have any games worth selling. so i being a good friend had a bunch a ps2 games that i was willing to part ways with. and the motor storm that came with my ps3 and madden 08 (ps3).. although i had 20 ps2 games and 2 ps3 games to trade in, only the 2 ps3 games were qualified for the deal. and my friend had borroed a game from our other friend and he was taking his games in for selling lol what an ass.. well anyways he had a game that was qualified for the deal also, it was called something like Sparta or something it was a ps2 game..

Well now he had 3 games that qualified and now i just gave him the rest of my ps2 games to sell to make up for that one missing qualified game. And after we trade them in, we had to wait a week... it was a long week to wait to play with him on mgo... then when the day arrived. he asks to borrow $20 dollars to buy the damn ps3... man i gave a lot for him to buy this damn machine.. and after we buy it he asks to borrow $50 dollars to buy MGO.. and im like it costs $65 and he has some money left over in his bank to buy the rest of the game... man i practically bought this machine for him lol. and the damn game. i own like 40% of his ps3..

well that story happened about 2 years ago. he still hasnt paid me back.. and if you look at my collection of games.. i dont own all those games. lots of those are the games i use to own before i sold of gave them away.

well anyways, back to my friend... i should give them names so i just dont keep saying friend.. his name is Adrian, and my other friends name is Jason who he sold his games on.. mine is Alex if so need to know.. well anyways me and Adrian had a lot of good memories on MGO. we played that game almost every day. i also have his password on MGO so i can buy him the map packs since he is too cheap to buy it for himself... luckily they came out around his birthday and christmas. so i could pretend to buy him map packs as Gifts lol

Adrian and I's Best MGO moment was when we were down 36-15 in tickets left for our game... it was on B.B. The map we hate the most. and our friend Jason was in the game and he was total noob at the time and wasted most of our tickets and luckily he left along with the rest of our teammates.. i thought we were gonna lose, then adrian tells me, now that hes gone lets turn it on. and we just owned the opposing team real bad, and we dont even spawn camp. we just run around and kill anyone near us.. its like they forgot how to shoot. none of us died.. well didnt die very much.. we totally owned.. the end scrore was 5 tickets left for us and nothing for them... it was amazing. and the best thing was adrian finished the last kill off with an RPG.. idk, u had to be there to find it funny... but it was a damn good moment. and i'll cherish it forever

My name on MGO is F*n_Revolver, F.N.Revolver, and Red_Graphics. I usually play on the first name and second name. i purchased the 3rd name thinking it would start me out at level 0, but it took the average of my levels on my two characters and put me level 8... my first name i ranked down to get into noob rooms to own lol... yeah im bad... and my other name is level 14 so i can play in survival mode on a good team.

Well this is my first blog i have ever written. I doubt i'll get a lot of readers if any at all. Well i dont have much time to write right now. i thought i had more time but i got a call i have to cut it short. so my next blog will hopefully be longer. Peace.
