Hello everyone! I am currently running CSS on my laptop with max settings (although no AA/AF/HDR or bloom) at 960 X 600 with an average frame rate of ~55 and I am wondering if this is normal?

My main specs are:

Nvidia 8400M G
T9300 C2D 2.5GHz
and 4gigs of ram (but vista only regconises 3.3gigs though)

and yes i'm running on vista business and my laptop model is the Fujitsu E8410.

thanks in advance:)

I believe that you need the digital 1.3patch that can be found on filefront though - since you mentioned that you have the digital version of the game. but don't take my word for it though, i do not play COD4 but i did come across 2 different versions of the 1.3 patch. One of which mentions "digital" in its name :)

EDIT: oh sorry, i went over to filefront but the file seems to be gone you could try google-ing it though.

In fact, there are PLENTY of free anti-virus programmes out there. Namely: Adaware, spybot, spydoctor, AVG, Avast, spyware blaster, and those mentioned above... However, if you're looking for just ONE programme, I would strongly recommend either Avast or AVG.

Edit: Oh yes, you might want to consider upgrading since you experience preformance issues...It'll benefit you in the long run =] just my 2 cents

Yup, I've played baldurs gate sometime back and grew pretty fond of it but the involvement of dragons was a little too shallow though... Just wondering, is there a game which allows you to breed dragons or hunt them (Monster Hunter on the PSP and Monster Rancher on the PS1??)of some sort?
