RROD says hello to that sentence, but other than that they're about right. Outside teh hardcore, I don't know how many casuals know of the extent of the RRoD. It's not some big secret or something, I know tons of casual gamers that have gotten the red ring themselves. In the business world it's hard to keep such negative results without warranting some major attention.
